The staples arrived in pieces due to terrible packaging. They were Inside a bigger box with NO packing material around them . So they bounced around for a week or so in there . So I got pieces . I'll use them a piece at a time but I'm not thrilled about it.

Item delivered but was missing an important component. The T-10 star bit that was supposed to be included was missing. I will have to spend almost as much as I did on the box of screws to buy the star bit. I contacted Walmart and now >10days later no appropriate response.

Bait and switch!!! Ordered 2 cases of 4 5lb boxes of screws and received only 2 5 lb box of screws. Not sending as advertised and Walmart refused to honor their add!!!! This is a violation of Georgia Deceptive Trade Practices Laws!!! Will report to the GA AG!

Was not even sent the scale I purchased. Instead they sent me a completely different scale that did not even weigh in the right increments. The only thing they got right about this order was the scale color was black. Do not order from this compaby of you expect to get the product you ordered. I am pretty sure they have someone just looking at order sheets and stuffing things in boxes that seem close to what the order sheet reads. Now I have to send it back and hope for a refund in a timely matter. I am not happy at all with this company.
