4 stars because I called thier costumer service and had to leave messages and no one ever called me back , but the item arived in a timely manner even though fedex (whom I hate getten packages from ) told me that it was never mailed when I called them and it arived 2 days latter via a fedex truck so . Yeah good thing this isnt a fedex reveiw

It has been almost a month that I placed a order for this tower and still have not received it ! Have contacted them through Walmart 3 times no response and emailed them directly and no response! They sure did take my money though and I have nothing to show for it so beware !
