I paid full price ($180) for these shoes and they didn't even come with the original box. Probably getting returned just because of this. I contacted the seller. Will update if I get a response.

seller should mention that these boots run big. very important. I wish I can exchange it with 1/2 size smaller. That will be very nice if accepted. Thanks

Never got my order. They Claimed to have sent a photo of proof of my delivery. Never was sent that photo. So I paid for sneakers that I never got.

The seller was unresponsive when I reached out about the item arriving as something other than advertised. I assumed that maybe this was an error (it was pulled incorrectly) so I reordered the item, hoping that I'd get a pair of suede boots. I recieved another pair of faux leather boots. At that point, I returned BOTH pair of faux leather boots with the understanding that the seller was falsely advertising the item. They also shipped a paper stating that if a return was warranted that I needed to select "Item no longer needed" so that my refund wouldn't be delayed, which was not correct. I selected the CORRECT reason for return (item not as described) and as soon as I dropped the boots off at FedEx and they were scanned in, I received an email from Walmart indicating that my refund was initiated.

Item arrived in timely matter. The product itself is a counterfeit.

I am incredibly satisfied with my purchase and would buy from this shop again. They shipped out my order so quickly and I received it way earlier than I thought I would!

They took care of me right away and said they would issue a refund.
