They said my order was shipped, but nobody knew where it was. They asked if I wanted another one or a refund. I asked for a replacement. Next morning I got a Refund notice with no further explanation from the seller.

I didn't receive the item I order at all. I emailed them and in my opinion they just didn't care at all. No refund or even a replacement. It was for my sister's birthday last week and I didn't get a chance to give it to her. Very unhappy
