customer service was great. just a terribly designed product. they helped me everyway they could..sent me a new set of mounts without a problem..unfortunately the new mounts didnt work like they should either. terribly designed mounts. nobody wants steps hanging way down under their jeeps. quality of steps were good..just cant mount the correctly..

Incorrect item was received. Returned almost a month ago and still haven’t received my refund and would not respond when contacted by WalMart on my behalf. Walmart is still working on getting me a refund. Not happy at all.
