they send the package as it is. No brown box package. the package look like the postal worker throw is around. I was home on the date to received the package but no one rang my bell. a few days later i checked and found that the package is sitting in my zip code post office. One later i went and got the package.

Item sent to the wrong address.

Contacted them multiple times to return this. So far they have to provided me with a way to return this very noisy humidifer.
