wrong item or missing item received only 1 out of 15 pack elbows.

This particular Seller communicated the delivery time directly to my email. Walmart told me it was delayed, however, Seller delivered on time. Not sure where the communication breakdown is, but everything was delivered and described fine for me. These gloves are real and well made. A bit thick but as I have known from gloves like this in the past, they break in great. I use them for DIY and Firewood. Love them. Very durable and fit right. I am a woman and take a Large (men's). That's what I usually take and this fit correctly. Very nice product at a good price. Packaging was adequate and well protected.

i had to call the company to ask them a question. the gentleman that answered was very nice and informative.

Seller was responsive with complete return instructions.

I'm not sure what to do. Even after I heavily watered the product, none of it was absorbed into the soil. I contacted the seller and received a politely worded 'not our problem' email.

Accurate information and did what they said they would when they said they’d do it in terms of delivery.

False advertising!!! This is listed as “pack of 18” for $15. It’s a single filter, the same ones you can get in store for less than $5!
