Their customer service is extremely poor. The issue with the last order has still not been resolved despite 4 attempts on my part to get it solved. I bought a bundle from them and it was shipped incomplete -- and LATE. Unreasonably late. When I contacted Walmart, they tried to contact TheNewMall and TheNewMall responded twice with the form letter "courier says delivered - so check around your house"... TWICE. I contacted Walmart FOUR times to try to get this resolved and it is still pending. Walmart says they were refunding me. No refund as yet. TheNewMall has not even bothered to look into it so they are not accepting responsibility. If I could give them zero stars, i would. I realize that mistakes happen every day but it should not be THIS PAINFUL for me to get resolution. I am absolutely furious over this.

Shipping was fast, but actual flavors received didn't match the picture online. We received way more arctic white than anything else and no one loves that flavor. Also, it didn't say land o lakes anywhere on the packets, but I know they used to call theirs "cocoa classics" so maybe it's just a rebranding?

came across these pickles few years ago and when we moved here all of a sudden we could not find them at Wallmart here or another stores so found them on line a Walmart so I orded them and was so glad. they are a great tasting pickles and a slight spicy and used in so many ways, so untill amother store it is a source.
