The seller is OK it’s the quality of the puzzle. That is the problem.

It was easy to order and my puzzle shipped on time.

There was a piece missing in the puzzle (and a couple of pieces bent). After several tries with the seller, I have decided to write this off as a learning experience. I contacted the seller and was told to go to a web site and fill out a form. When filling out the form I was told that I needed to upload a copy of the receipt and a picture of the built puzzles showing the missing piece. I explained I didn't have the ability to do that and their response was to just upload the items. I offered to return the puzzle and was again told to just upload the items that I previously told them I did not have to ability to upload. I'm not sure I would purchase another puzzle from this seller.

No problems with shipment. Packaged good and timely. item as described.

This was very challenging but I did it!! Beautiful. I sealed it so it can be framed and hung. Well worth the time and frustration.

I wasn't notified that my puzzle was no longer available. Please don't send a substitution.

item is as described, but i paid a delivery fee and still didn't get in in timeframe that I was promised. arrived late for the birthday so had to give it after the party which was a bit embarrassing
