Company has not responded for refund. Bottle was open/broken in mail and leaked out all over mail and half of product is gone. When I apply for a refund, it tells me to ship product back. I cannot ship a damaged bottle back that will continue to leak out in the mail. Once the reply with how to handle refund, I will respond with a rating.
