They had sent me the wrong earrings but I contacted them and they sent me the correct quantity and item in three days. They are very responsible when it comes to a claim.

Ordering was very easy and the earrings arrived in a cute little bag and even a gift box. I did not have any communications with Eternal Eclipse but the service was fantastic.

I've purchase these earring, I loved them so much, that I went ahead and ordered another two pairs :)

Everything was shipped promptly and very nicely packaged.

The earrings I received were just silver, no pink stones. Purchased as a gift and did not have time to exchange them. The package arrived on time.

They were quick to send me a return slip and shipping label. but its almost a week and still waiting for my refund to show up.
