I paid for 2 day shipping as this was for a replacement for my alarm system. I should have rec over my shipment by 2/28. They didn't arrive until 3/4. I had to deal with the alarm going off flashing replace batteries for an extra 3 days. I could have just waited for the free shipping.

This product is from a third party vendor. I received them all thrown about in the box and half of them don't work. When I went to contact the vendor they would not answer my calls or emails. Ill never buy batteries from a third party vendor again.

My first package of batteries that I received did not work and package showed an older manufacturing date. I contacted customer service and the representative was friendly and pleasant. She took action to resolve my issue and processed a replacement. Mail time for original package and replacement was approximately five days.
