I ORDER A 16FT X 9FT LILLY PAD. THAT'S NOT WHAT WE RECEIVED. I'll be taking this back to the store

Ordered these a while ago but never received them. Contacted customer support and was told it was delivered and was sent a picture with no markers indicating it was my address. With someone being home all day with dogs and nothing was heard. Told this to customer support, was told they’d look into it, that was 3/11 and still haven’t heard anything, still waiting for a response.

Found the item number exactly what he wanted, ordered it, and it arrived within a few days. It has not been installed yet, but should be just perfect.

Had to modify this part, because it was not as pictured. I was able to make it work but was not the part that was pictured, and I had to modify it. Not happy. See below the difference in the part ordered and the part received.
