even though the ball cap said six and a half in size the back strap can fit a larger head if needed to be adjusted there is enough Slack to make this adjustment with because I have a size 7 and 1/4 and I could adjust the strap in the back to fit my head perfectly it's also made out of good material as well and I got it fairly quickly
