tried numerous times to contact the seller direct, but no response. was thrilled to find them listed on the Walmart website where we received immediate response to the order.

Did not like. The carpet treads were very thin and hard. Tape they sent with product was ineffective. I sent back - spent $ 20 through UPS to do so - as they instructed in their return policy. The Dean Co. charges 15 % restocking fee. Was NOT pleased at all.
