The shipping and packaging was just fine. For awhile we were hearing a strange noise in our house. It sounds like furniture being dragged across a wooden floor. We finally realized that it’s the Versonel Nightwatcher VSL90W motion sensor light we just purchased. When the light moves to its right it makes the annoying noise. We don’t have the packaging to return it. I tried to order another one, to no avail. It must be a discontinued model. Very disappointed.

Product was exactly as described with just some minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the performance. I would say the product was as good as new and packaged well.
