We received the wrong product and I contacted them immediately. I had correspondence from a name: Tammy. When not answered the first time I wrote again, and asked why after responding as Tammy had requested I got a note saying they had never heard from me, which of course was not true, as I had an email from a person named Tammy. I answered again and was again ignored. I am going to try the product sent since the one I ordered seems similar so I will give it a try. I compared as much technical info as I could get off the many websites. I am hoping this is well documented since I did everything expected of me including sending pictures of what I ordered vs what was sent and was ignored twice. I would say that that is very poor customer service and probably not what Walmart expects of its sellers, but I am just a lowly homeowner that buys this product...the one shown on the web page, about three times a year. I was not angry when they sent the wrong product, just asked for the differences and was ignored twice, so documenting that and letting its customers know. At this point I do not know if it will be different, but at this point I will try it since my investigation on the websites appears to say that the product sent, not the one I ordered are about the same. I wish the seller had helped me understand the difference between what they sent and what I ordered, as they are the professionals in this product.
