The 1 star is for the expedite delivery. Paid extra for the delivery. The confirmation email stated 2 days by end of day. The package came the third day. Reached out to the customer service. They were awful to deal with. No apologies. Instead argued and pointed out that the Walmart website stated 3 days, which of course it didn't. I replied back with a screenshot of the confirmation email that stated the actual delivery date. No response. Customer service is not one of their main focus. Will not be purchasing anything else from this seller. Very bad business practice. Will think twice to order anything from Walmart because of this awful experience. The actual product is excellent! Thanks!
