This company shipped quickly and had a return label enclosed if there needed to be a return or exchange. Unfortunately I had to return the cross I purchased because it was too small for what I needed. I returned the item and it was credited quickly. I would purchase from this company again.

I paid for " 2nd day guaranteed delivery" .... received the item very late the next day. Tracking showed that they "dragged" their feet getting it into the mail and that it was their fault, causing the late delivery! They owe me $14.95 that I paid extra for 2nd delivery.
