Told them of dead battery, face/movement shifting laterally while pulling/pushing crown in. They asked me to send photos…why? They obviously sold me a used watch described as new. Additionally they described the watch as having a “screw-down” crown when it has a push-pull crown. Huge difference. Won’t trust or buy anything from them in the future.

I sent WatchMaxx photos of the watch they sent and they told me, it was the Watch I ordered. I sent a screen shot of the Watch I ordered from Walmart and they're telling me something different....

received the the black ops 8880/XL.8881.F watch, to start the lights on the dial are barely visible the light on the bezel doesn't work at all! contacted Luminox and was informed that this watch was manufactured in 2012 when I bought this watch from Walmart it clearly started it was "NEW"!!! Luminox informed me that it's dimming because of it's age... it's a discontinued 12 year old watch! I payed for a new watch and that's what I expect! if nothing is done I will be getting in touch with Walmart for a new one or full refund. await your response
