I think the seller is probably spectacular, it is the product that merits the poor rating. I have never seen such a stiff slipper. Reminds me of the Dutch wooden shoes.

I didn't like the message. It felt like a vibration only over the right eye. Nothing over the left side, The headband was open all the way and it was tight. Not worth the money.

The item had been used as there were evident scratches on the bottom. I returned it as it was to be a gift.

Arrived damaged--leaking liquid out of the box. Obviously not packaged correctly.
