this leaves a residue in my hair and doesnt feel any less dirty than it was. it smells nice, though. I've tried using it different ways to see if i could make it work. letting it sit over night gets the best results but it's still not that great.

Seller (TWO TO TANGO) seemed great. I'm not sure who "Pro Concepts" is (shown above asking me how I would rate my experience with them) but the seller that I was shown listed for me was "Two to Tango" and so they seemed great (that is who my rating is for.)
