I never received my package. It must have been taken from my patio. And how I have to wait for an investigation or something from Fed Ex. This is so frustrating because I really needed the air purifier.

I did not like the delivery service. Driver did not drop off my unit at the door. I’m in a condo and the garage is on the street. The driver left my package in front of the garage where it was not visible to us and someone could have stolen this expensive item. The only reason we found it is because we started to search my building that has several units. We happen to see it on the street in front of the garage. Sorry delivery driver.
