My review of the seller is much the same as for the unit itself. Too soon to tell. I did get the unit in a timely matter and it seems to be up and running. Time will tell how satisfied I am with my purchase.

seller sent a used and damaged PC!!! Bad shopping experience!

So far, we have had no problems. Hope that continues.

Contacted seller, they send me a prepaid shipping label to ship the item back

Computer DOA yet I was forced to pay $ 111.58 return shipping to receive my $ 368.00 refund of purchase price. Walmart.com does not stand behind it's sellers, it's between you and the seller only. Beware, don't get burned like me.

Poor customer service. Pop up comes up when I'm on that wont go away and computer wont turn off. Still waiting to hear back from customer service. I am not a happy customer!

I received the computer and would not work. I was sent a windows 7 tower when the description when I purchased said windows 10. I had to ship it back and am now waiting to receive credit back from the purchase. I am very disappointed as this computer was to work with my Cricut machines.

Thank you for clearing up my operating system issues; without me having to go to Walmart to fix them. This computer is not the exact one pictured. But kind of similar, and I have a 2 year protection plan.

Attend to your customers, because I was willing to repurchase a different computer that was not damage, but my emails we ignored, therefore I did not anything else from your company. A simple reply would have given u a loyal customer, better luck next time
