I ordered this mermaid tail blanket and pillow for my 7 year old granddaughter who lives in a different city! The arrival was delayed 2 times due to shipping. Past her birthday, the package arrived at her house. She excitedly opened it to find an adult size snuggie for a man! She cried and was so upset! I immediately emailed this mistake to the seller, asking them to please just mail the right gift to my granddaughter as soon as possible! I didn’t want a refund or for my son to have to return the snuggie to the store! The same day, an executive of the company called me to apologize and said that he would personally mail her gift to her asap himself! He also said to keep the snuggie! Two days later, she was nestled in her mermaid tale blanket with her head on the pillow! Fantastic corporate problem solving and attention!♥️

I love how swiftly the item was sent out and how securely wrapped it was so it wouldn’t get damaged.

Everything was top notch. Purchasing, delivery, item as advertised, and performance of the waterproof blanket. There was no communication to comment on because there was no reason for it.
