Poor cs, hard time trying to return , they fail to properly refund. Would not refund without my having to chase them down, and then it is the wrong amount.

I wanted to return the item and Cheerwing asked me to video the drone flying before they would send me a new one. they still haven't give me instructions or sent me a return mailing label so I can return the drone.
