Unit arrived 1 day ahead of schedule - very nice. Package received in very good condition and all parts were included. The intake hose connector fits existing water line valve perfectly with any modification (I have a separate water line for filter system).

went through all the work to install this under my sink and the red filter is leaking. so will walmart send me a replacement red filter or do i have to return the whole thing, take apart all the plumbing that i did, and get an entire new unit, and redo the plumbing again?

Read instead! Make sure that you have what is needed. Players/ Plumbers tape. Whatever you need to Properly attached the water filter. It does take time. Although, it is worth it in the END.

Communication regarding this shipment was unprofessional. From reading all the notes, it appears that UPS saw damage and decided to open the package and take out the damaged item. Then the shipment was repackaged and delivered on 11/6/2023. Resulting in only 5 bottles delivered when 6 bottles were purchased.
