Shipping took one week longer than I was told when ordering. Probably more the fault of USPS.

Went to address in wrong city n state. R mailed several times and even Walmart contacted this seller ! Bad service or should I say no service

I contacted them (email) with the intention of making a return. They replied in a single sentence, no greeting, no 'thank you for contacting us' or assurance that they wanted to take care of this, no professionalism at all, just told me to send it to the address provided. It was only after I sent a second email inquiring about the refund that I learned they would exchange it, again in a single sentence. I was uncomfortable with the lack of professionalism, and ended up just giving the product to someone else.

Took almost a month to arrive. Metal chain and caribiner were completely rusted and corroded. I guess it does it’s job but would be a better purchase at a garage sale.
