I registered my purchase for warranty and by doing that, they gave me 2 complimentary pads. They also send articles on medical issues which are helpful.

When I registered my unit I got a notification that I would receive a free set of pads but the system would not let me order. A quick call to Excelhealth and I provided some information and their customer rep had the pads in the mail. Received both the pads and the unit before they were scheduled to arrive. So far, service has been exceptional.
