The butcher block is pretty good! A little rougher finish than I expected, but not unreasonable for the price. It's a nice cut of wood and planed well. The shipping left something to be desired however. It came quickly, but the way they packed it left damage on 2 corners and both sides. The plastic baling they wrap around the cardboard left deep grooves and ridges in the sides. If they sprung for a little extra Styrofoam on the side instead of just the top and bottom I think that and the corner dents could have been avoided. Not worth returning for, but disappointing. Ultimately, I got what I wanted for a good price, just underwhelmed by the final product.

I sent in a question for the seller and never received an answer. The product works, but I wasn't impressed with the seller.

I need to return it. The locker is not packaged well to ship. It was damaged on at least half of the pieces in side the box. The locker itself would be exactly what we want if they packaged it in a sturdy box, but it's a thin cardboard so the very heavy metal gets bent, scraped and broken in transit.

The rolling cart arrived timely, but when delivered, the box it arrived in was torn, parts were exposed and the directions were missing a page on how to attach the handle. The casters came in a separate box, with the 16 bolts thrown loose in the box. They were not in a bag . Miraculously, the all of the parts were not damaged or scratched. I finally assembled it and everthing worked out in the end. I ave pictures of the mangled packaging, but there is no way to share them. Despite the shipping issues, I really like the cart. It is both heavy and heavy duty. It works as I had hoped.
