didn't even have to ask the cell or anything about it. it came with the instructions and it was so easy to use. we haven't used our oven since we've had it. we've done everything that requires frying pan or oven we haven't even used we've owned in it. everything good foods too like chicken cof halibut Salmon like I said, my son even puts his burritos in and flips them halfway through so you get their crunch on both sides
