Instructions were unclear. The window shield was way too long. The instructions did not mentioned that issue. I can't be the only one to encounter this problem. I called customer service for help and he had no idea of what to do. He said he'd have to turn it over to the warranty department and they would call me with-in 24 hours. I've never heard back from them.
