Hello, I purchased this cookware set based on your advertisement stating that it is scratch-resistant. However, after less than three months of normal household use, the bottom of the frying pans is visibly scratched, and the coating quality has deteriorated. The cookware has been used carefully and only for regular cooking, yet the scratches appeared very quickly. This does not match the quality described in your advertisement. I am not satisfied with the product quality and would like to request a return and refund. Please advise on the return process.

Delivered to wrong address %26 photo of delivery site was not at my address. However,.about 10 days later someone brought my package %26 left it at the back door. Also, I had tried emailing notification that I had not received my order,as well as calling. . No response until this email.

Item works just as described and delivery was good.

Pan is worth the price love the handle protection and will not break. Makes a perfect pancake every time.

this tape was easy to use and it helped tremendously by keeping out the cold. I was happy to find it available seems sold out alot. Recommended to several people already

Easy to assemble and store, but it’s not as sharp as I wish it would be. I’ve only used it a handful of times, so I’ll come back after more uses to update, if needed.
