Bought for husband after i myself had a sleep study and now have a CPAP machine. He has huge deductable on his insurance so is trying this until he can change. He did a take home sleep study kit and does have apnea. Within a month of using this mouth piece the dark circles under his eyes went away. His snoring stopped. It does work. My cleaning lady was complaining of being exhausted. I asked her if she snores. Her daughter said the house shakes from her snoring. I recommended this and she bought one also. She now has more energy and has lost weight. This is a true review and I don't normally post unless some product is terrible, but this one is real and deserved.
