Horrible customer service. Box came damaged and declined return request.

The product arrived as scheduled and was, in turn, sent immediately to a dear friend. The product is most definitely smaller than expected. For what was inside the box, those items could easily fit inside half of a shoe box. Thus, the high price for half of a shoe box of treats is far and away too expensive. I'll pass on this being a gift box in the future. Had I observed this in a store display, I wouldn't have given it a second thought and would have moved on to another gift idea. Hardly two stars, as the gift box was decent but the bow looked pathetic. Nice idea but, again, too expensive and not that impressive. pass!
