I paid $5 extra for faster shipping and it came late in the evening a day later than promised. The shipping time was already longer than most other sellers I've dealt with so this was especially frustrating.

This is my only experience with this company and I will never order anything from them again. I was charged for the product, and received a delivery confirmation, but I still have yet to actually receive the product. It has been several days and I am still waiting to hear back from someone at Hadley Designs about this issue. I am very frustrated and if I could give no stars I would. I do not recommend ordering anything from them.
