Paid for the warranty on these cameras and have tried making contact due to one of my cameras not turning on and haven’t heard a word back. Haven’t even had these a month and they stopped working! Seller needs to learn how to respond!

I was earnestly looking for a camera. What I received was very odd by Walmart standards: - box was physically dirty (loose black dirt on the box), bar code on box 'damaged' or scuffed and dirty. Other items in the shipment were fine. - sticker across closure of box off-center and dirty - clearly returned merchandise - loose shaking parts in the box - third strike - who is the 'seller' shipping damaged boxes as new, fulfilled by Walmart? I don't know. One of the worst shipments I've ever received. Immediate return. I'm not sure what happened here. Expected at other huge online sellers, but this experience is below Walmart standards.

Item has push notifications to my phone and I can talk to the person in view who can respond back directly without extra steps. Best of all, I can use cloud storage or my own as card and not be forced to buy storage. I hope there will be fully wireless in the future.
