The cup I ordered is missing the spoon that was pictured with the cup, tied on the string with the tag and connected to the cup. Now I have to drive 45 minutes to the nearest store to return it. It would be so much easier and cheaper all around to just send me the spoon or do a partial refund so I can order another one.
