The rug was well made and the colors were perfect for the room, however, it took almost 2 weeks for the rug to arrive. I received an email shortly after I placed my order, telling me it was expected to arrive on 11/26. That was perfect, because I wanted it by Thanksgiving. So I got a couple of other emails that said there were "delays" in shipment. As a result, I didn't receive my order until yesterday, 12/2. That is why I only gave it three stars. If it got here on its original arrival date, I would have given it five stars.
