I am a senior, handicapped, single female and having to have the tires delivered to my home was VERY inconvenient. They were place on my porch which has seven steps, I then had to roll them down the stairs, then manhandle them into the car before scheduling an appointment and driving to a store to have them installed - incorrectly.
