I have purchased two tires at the end of November 2025. One tire had manufacturing code 0324 and the other 5124. So, there are between 1 to 2-year-old. Unfortunately, I only noticed that after installation. it should be illegal to sell old tires!!! I will check with my credit card if there's any way to fix that.

Hello jacek! Thank you for reaching out. We, unfortunately, do not have the DOT codes of our tires available on file, as they are sourced from various suppliers and are not sorted by their age within the Warehouses. That being said, most of our tires are DOT 2022 or newer, they are kept in climate-controlled Warehouses, providing a dry rot-free environment, thus ensuring the tires are in excellent condition. We can assure you that DOT only represents the date of manufacturing and not its usefulness and is perfectly legal for us to sell them. We can also see an email correspondence with us about this, and that since you've mounted the tires already, and thus rendered them not returnable, we offered a courtesy refund that was accepted on your end. Walmart does not understand much about tires. Just because tires were 2 sizes wider than stock they would not install. I had to have them installed somewhere else. Now I have no road hazard warranty. Thanks for noticing Walmart.

If I could give -ZERO STARS I would. I had my tires installed at the JEEP DEALERSHIP. And I have 1 tire that is not holding air as it should. I reached out to PRIORITY TIRE and was told they would not help me with this issue. I was instructed to file a claim with the manufacturer and this is the kind of customer service that I am not used to. If I had my old set of tires I would return these UNFORTUNATELY I can't. Moral of this story buy tires you can physically see. Tires that you can return or exchange. Not something that you are f'n stuck with because the company I purchase from has their own screwed up agenda. Yeah shipping was free. Communication is trash. And obviously the product is defective. This is one for SMALL CLAIMS COURT in DOUGLAS COUNTY NEBRASKA. Buyer BEWARE.

they sent out old tires that were over a year and a half old. plus their shipping took an extra 3 days.

Hello Tacodan! This order was fulfilled, shipped, and delivered within 3 business days of being placed, during peak Holiday season. We unfortunately do not offer same day delivery, and this order was delivered within the required timeframe. As for the age of the tires, they are still well within shelf life, and there shouldn't be any issues with them.
