These tires come so deformed and flat that they're barely usable. Took over a week with a tire tube inflated inside them to get them to a semi-normal shape so we could mount them.

Ordering this tire was very frustrating. First, the tire I ordered did not fit my vehicle even though it showed "good fit" under the tire description. Second issue is that for some reason they want to receive the tire before issuing a refund. This was a problem because Walmart couldn't print the return slip do I ended up having to print it from home and bring it back to the store? Seems to be a lot on the customer due to this protocol.

Stay away from Priority tire. The tires they sent me were close to being two years old. Plus it took them 5 business days longer to get them than what they said.

Hello Tacodan! This order was fulfilled, shipped, and delivered within 3 business days of being placed, during peak Holiday season. We unfortunately do not offer same day delivery, and this order was delivered within the required timeframe. As for the age of the tires, they are still well within shelf life, and there shouldn't be any issues with them.

The tire was fine, as advertised, and would have fit, but your company refused to mount it at your tire store. What good is THAT? Then you refused a refund. Fine customer care and treatment, right?

My biggest issue is that, after ordering and paying for the tires through WalMart, they wouldn't install them! I arrived for the installation appointment only to be told that since the size wasn't a factory fitment pn my vehicle, even though I had the correct size wheels for the tire. Without notice, I had to find an installer. I went to the local RAM dealer and had to pay, additionally, to have the tires mounted and balanced!! When I'm next due a set of tires, they'll come frim the dealer. NOT WALMART!!
