We apologize for the difficulties you have experienced with returning the tires, we can see, that we've had some prior communication regarding the return.
As was previously advised. If you would like, we would be able to offer a return for the tires on our end, but for us to be able to authorize the return, we would need photos of the tires and the labels that they arrived with.
We would need these photos to be able to confirm the status of the tires prior to shipping them back, so that we can resolve any potential issues that may arise during the return.
Alternatively, if you do not wish to return the tires through us, you can reach out directly to Walmart to advise them that you would like to have them handle the return on your behalf.
Please keep in mind that should you choose to let Walmart handle the return on your behalf, the responsibility of returning the tires and the subsequent refund would fall upon Walmart as the part acting on your behalf.
Additionally, should anything go wrong with the return, we would not be able to assist you. In this case, all that we would be able to do on our end would be to confirm the return, so that Walmart can proceed with the refund of the tires.
Lastly, in on one of your previous messages, you advised us that Walmart was unable to locate the tires. If possible, we would advise that you try to go to the store, and request that they take a look through the tires they have in storage.
If needed, we can also provide you with the official proof of delivery documentation provided by the currier, if you believe it would help the store locate the tires.
If the Walmart store is still unable to locate the tires, we can reach out to the currier and attempt to file a claim with them.
Once finished, we would be able to assist you based on the resolution of the claim.
