They keep saying they're waiting for the pictures of the tires with the labels so they can send a return shipping label, but I've sent them 10 times.

Hello Patricia! We apologize for the difficulties in the return process. From what we can see on our end, the last message that we received regarding this order was on the 10th, stating "She had me order different tires. I need to return these and get them out of my van. Thank you", to which we responded that we would be able to provide you with the return labels as soon as we had received photos of the tires and labels they arrived with. If the messages were sent through a different email address, please let us know what the email address is, so that we can attempt to find the photos. the tires where purchased for my sons car the day after the car was involved in a head on collision no survivors. the seller does not allow Wal-Mart to return in store. so qhile dealing with my sons funeral I have the tires for the car he died in in the bed of my truck. seller does not respond to emails.
