Pictures of the tires were received but were inadequate, because they were blurry and not of a sufficient quality to be used for the return process. Although it is not a general rule, the certain factors, like traffic, weather conditions, number of packages being processed in the certain station / area, might produce some delays on Carrier's end, and there is no way for us to predict, anticipate or influence it in any way. Hello Wayne! From what we can see in the system, the refund was already issued by Walmart, despite the fact that we are still unable to confirm receiving all four tires back. The FedEx tracking number for the second pair of tires, which is 792084049416, was never used. If you can provide us with more information on where the tires were picked up or handed over to FedEx and under what tracking numbers, it would be a great help. Feel free to reach out to us directly. Unfortunately, since we are not manufacturing any of the tires in our inventory, we are unable to provide any additional information in regard to their manufacturing process and materials used. However, if you believe that the tires are faulty from the Manufacturer, please reach out to us and we will initiate the Warranty Claim with them and provide you with the step-by-step instructions for the whole process.
