Tires shipped and arrived on time and were installed at Walmart. These tires start to “HUM” at 35 MPH, sing at 45, and ROAR at 65 MPH. The rubber is too hard and the tires chirp with little acceleration, poor traction dry, wet and cold. Good price poor performance.

I'm not sure if priority was at fault on this. I ordered the tires. I set up an install appointment about 6 weeks out. Then my order said cancelled. So my appointment was apparently cancelled. I reordered. After a few days I got a call the tires were in the shop and setup another install appointment. Then I got another email that the order was cancelled again. I checked - the tires were in fact were delivered. And then installed. It all worked in the end. But a mess to get there. I don't know why all the trouble.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will continually send old tires and verbally confirmed they DO NOT keep track of DOT (Date of Manufacture) numbers. I’ve ordered two sets and BOTH are from 2022! I called to get it rectified and get “new” tires as it is recommended by DOT to replace tires after 6 years regardless of tread depth, I was pretty much told too bad. I work from home and rarely drive but now I’m limited to 2 yrs on these 2022 tires? The representative continued to justify their tactics by saying they keep them out of the elements and in good condition. 1 star is generous for this company!

Hello Mandy! We provide 90 days return policy and free return shipping for the items not used or mounted on the vehicle, and in original condition, with all the stickers and packaging in place. As for the already mounted and used tires like these, we do not have a return option available, unless there is a possible factory fault with the tire(s), in which case we can file a Warranty Claim with the Tire Manufacturer, on Customer's behalf, once we gather all the information in regard to the issue itself. But even in those cases, we cannot provide return options until the Warranty process is completed, and refund approved for the faulty tires. As for the DOT code, as stated before, there is no expiration date on the tires, and the recommendation that you've mentioned are probably referring to 6 years of active use, not their shelf life.
