the tires where purchased for my sons car the day after the car was involved in a head on collision no survivors. the seller does not allow Wal-Mart to return in store. so qhile dealing with my sons funeral I have the tires for the car he died in in the bed of my truck. seller does not respond to emails.

I ordered these tire seven weeks ago the size was wrong, I never took tires from store. Store manager said they were sent back and he didn’t have any paperwork for me. He said he would check with Fed X, as of 2/17/26 I have not received a REFUND. Third party order

Hello nina! Since you decided to open the Return request with Walmart, instead of with us directly, we are not able to assist you further in this matter. Walmart will assist you, if you go to them directly, and hopefully send the tires back to us, so that we can issue the refund back to them. As of this moment, they did not send the tires to us, and we have no idea if they will. If you wish, you can contact us directly and we will send you all the documents that we. have, regarding this order Thank you for your understanding

seller is trash allowed me to buy 4 tires when they only had 3 tires but i purchased 4. come to find out the tire was back order never ordered so now i just have 3 new tires didn't even reach out i had to find when i went to wal mart to get my tires.

Hello Marqueeta! We can see that this is your first correspondence with us. From our records, we can see that carrier lost your tire. We are shipping all of the tires from the order at the same time, but have no control over them once they are shipped. We will reimburse you for that 1 missing tire. If you called us and let us know about this situation, we would have been able to assist you sooner. This was NOT backordered since we still have over 200 of these tires in stock. Thank you for your understanding
