Priority Tire

Perfect for what we wanted them for and would recommend them to anyone.

Already communicated with vendor to return the tire but still not being done. At the end I have to talk to credit card company for dispute.

Two and a half hours later I finally drove away. It shouldn't take that long to get a set of four tires finished.

The tires that were sent were manufactured over 2.5 years ago, and because of this, they were unable to process a partial refund. I’ve had to work with Walmart multiple times on this issue, which has been frustrating.

Overall the purchase went smoothly and we were kept informed by email. All the sales reps were courteous. The problem was in the install. There was a broken lug nut when they started and it surprised me that they had no way of dealing with it. They also hadn't taken my Ph%23 so based on the time they said the install would take I was in the store and came back in plenty pf time, but they could have let me know sooner if they'd taken my %23. I wanted the tires so they were willing to get them into the car- but it was quite a tight fit and the last one did compromise my rear view. It of course meant needing to find another place for the installation which certainly was an inconvenience.

Price dropped significantly after I purchased the tires. Would not honer the lower price. Bait and switch. Will never buy again. $ 180.00 difference

We are VERY happy with the snow tires! My wife was always nervous about driving after a snowstorm, but when she got these tires, she said it was like night and day. No more slipping and sliding!
