Online purchase was quick and easy. Delivery service was horrible. I was not home so I texted them to be placed on my front porch. (my front porch is 35 feet from the street/sidewalk) They just dropped them off the truck on my front yard and drove off. I had to have a neighbor come over and roll them up to my porch so they would not be stolen.

3 weeks since return of tires and confirmation from fedex. Still no refund. They tell me no confirmation from their warehouse yet.

Hello Paula! We apologize for the delay. Unfortunately, the warehouse experienced a large backlog of returns, which caused the extended confirmation process.  We have received confirmation for the return of the tires, and as such, we have contacted our accounting department so that they can initiate the refund. You should receive the funds within 2-3 business days. Should you need assistance with anything else, please let us know.

I purchased two tires at Walmart online, on Jan 28, which said ready for pickup after 3pm. I went to pickup and store then says ‘they weren’t delivered yet’. So I tried to cancel these items since I needed tires that day, and the app won’t let you cancel 3rd party marketplace items. I did Not know this was from a 3rd party when I made the order, nor did the app say the tires were Not in stock. Very misleading ads going on here. So I bought different Goodyear tires which WERE in stock, and went on with my day. Fast forward to Feb 4th, the following Wednesday, these marketplace tires finally arrive at my local Walmart for ‘pickup’. They would Not allow me to return/refund online, so I had to go back up there and spend from 12:00-3:00pm trying to sort out why Walmart can’t just do a refund for tires I Did Not want or receive because they were a week late. I ended up on finally speaking to someone in England who said she would do a full credit card refund, and that I should leave the tires with the service desk, which I did. Today is Mon 2/9, and the refund appeared briefly and then went away and our card still reflects a charge for these two tires. I’ve spent way too much of my free time trying to make this simple transaction, then rectify Walmarts errors and make myself whole again. STOP SELLING MERCHANDISE THAT ISN’T IN STOCK, or make it VERY EASY TO CANCEL when customers find out it’s Not Available.

Hello Matthew! We are sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with Walmart. We apologize on their behalf for the difficulties you've faced thus far. Regarding the refund for the order. From what we can see on our end, the refunds for this order were fully settled yesterday. Unfortunately, as we are a 3rd part seller, once a refund is issued on our end, the funds that we received for the order are first transferred to Walmart, after which they return the full order amount back to your account. If you have still not received the funds for the order, you can reach out to us through 866-440-0177 or by contacting us through the order, and then we can provide you with screenshots of the settled refunds, so that you can contact Walmart to try and resolve the issue. We await further contact should you need assistance.

Hello Kenyatta! We apologize for the difficulties you have experienced with returning the tires, we can see, that we've had some prior communication regarding the return. As was previously advised. If you would like, we would be able to offer a return for the tires on our end, but for us to be able to authorize the return, we would need photos of the tires and the labels that they arrived with. We would need these photos to be able to confirm the status of the tires prior to shipping them back, so that we can resolve any potential issues that may arise during the return. Alternatively, if you do not wish to return the tires through us, you can reach out directly to Walmart to advise them that you would like to have them handle the return on your behalf. Please keep in mind that should you choose to let Walmart handle the return on your behalf, the responsibility of returning the tires and the subsequent refund would fall upon Walmart as the part acting on your behalf. Additionally, should anything go wrong with the return, we would not be able to assist you. In this case, all that we would be able to do on our end would be to confirm the return, so that Walmart can proceed with the refund of the tires. Lastly, in on one of your previous messages, you advised us that Walmart was unable to locate the tires. If possible, we would advise that you try to go to the store, and request that they take a look through the tires they have in storage. If needed, we can also provide you with the official proof of delivery documentation provided by the currier, if you believe it would help the store locate the tires. If the Walmart store is still unable to locate the tires, we can reach out to the currier and attempt to file a claim with them. Once finished, we would be able to assist you based on the resolution of the claim. We look forward to hearing from you should you need any further assistance.
