Awesome seller awesome equipment worked perfectly for my project

Trustworthy seller/shipper. Product arrived as scheduled and in good condition. Product description was accurate. I don't have any complaints.

Metal Clips that attach the handels to rubber slings separated at both ends after a few minutes of use, the clips came right off of the rigs at the handles. Cheaply made, very flimsy.

All items purchased showed up with damage, and returns are difficult. I do not recommend.

This seller is a NIGHTMARE. I had a deeply frustrating experience with this seller. Despite their product page clearly advertising free shipping and free returns, they said they would charge me for both when I initiated a return. I referenced their stated return policy, but they ignored it and continuously delayed the return process. After multiple escalations with Walmart Customer Service, I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. The entire ordeal was unnecessarily long and frustrating. Based on this experience, I find the seller’s practices misleading and unreliable. I cannot believe they can still do business in the U.S.

Do not buy from this company. This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I purchased an item that advertised free returns, but when I received it, the quality was terrible. I contacted the company for a return label and was given the runaround for weeks: • First, they offered me $20 to just keep the item — unacceptable. • Then, they claimed they sent a return label to Walmart Customer Service, but Walmart had no record of it. • After multiple emails and trips back and forth, I was finally sent a blank label, then eventually a valid one after nearly six weeks of back-and-forth. When I finally returned the $270 product, the company only refunded me $50 because the package had been opened — which, of course, is the only way to even see the poor quality of the product. This company is based outside the U.S. with no valid phone number, and all communication is email-only. The customer service is awful, the product is cheap, and the return process is deliberately frustrating. Save yourself the headache and money — this company is a scam. I give them 0 stars
